Rugby NorCal Rankings 2/16/16

First set of high school Norcal rugby standings done my way. there will be a top 5 ranking from each Division combining teams from each conference in that division. It will be sorted by amount of points fallowed by points scored and if teams are still tied after that then points against will come into play lastly fallowed by Bonus points accounted for.
